Brad Quilliam - President

Brad is the founder and was President for the past five years of the Kinglake Ranges Business Network, an organisation that he began with other business owners in 2007 / 2008 to help local business members with advocacy, training, workshops and shared promotional activities.  Brad has extensive local knowlege and is passionate about his community.  Brad has established Economic Recovery Actions for the Kinglake Ranges and wants to see the growth and develop of the Kinglake Ranges.

Nina has a Family owned and operated berry farm supplying fresh berries nationally via Grower Owned Coop. Nina is passionate about her community and the agriculture business community.  

Angela Palmer

She completed a Therapeutic and Relaxation massage course in 1993 along with Bowen Technique Diploma. She then studied under Professor Wong Lun at the Academy of Chinese Medicine with a Diploma in Tui Na (Traditional Chinese Massage) in 1994, and a Bach Flower course in 1999. She then completed a Bachelor of Human Biology and a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine at R.M.I.T. in 2005 including a 4 month Internship at Nanjing Provincial Hospital, Nanjing China. Kinglake Chinese Medicine has received a Local Champion of business Excellence from the Murrindindi Shire and in 2009 Angela was awarded Alumni member of Outstanding contribution in Chinese Medicine by R.M.I.T. She has run a busy practice in Kinglake for 10 years treating a wide range of conditions and has a special interest in Womens health including Fertility, Mens health issues, Paediatrics and Nutrition. She is a mother of 3 young men and loves growing food and making the world a better place, one patient at a time.7, She has diplomas in Short Wave laser therapy, massage, and has a personal interest in nutrition.  

Angela Poulter

Angela established My Little Country Kitchen in  it  specialises in fresh, delicious and beautifully presented food for your special garden, marquee, home or business function. We pride ourselves with going that extra mile for our customers, all homemade from scratch with passion and using fresh local produce, we will make your function one to remember.Catering to order for engagements, weddings, baby showers, private and business functions, morning and afternoon teas, you can relax as I take the hassle out of catering for your special occasion.


Angela balances family life with her business as a married mum of 4 children, she loves living in the kinglake ranges for 5 years and relaxes by horse riding and spending time with family and friends.  Along with her committement to the community she lives in.
